• Online Registration is now closed. - For information on onsite registration, contact goulart@rniweb.com. Payment will be due on all registrations, unless email cancellation is made and receipt confirmed on or before July 30, 2009.

Notes

• Credit card payments will be processed manually and a receipt will be sent to the email address of the registrant. This will serve as your confirmation. Your credit card will be processed by AfterSchool Exchange Inc. and that name will appear on your credit card bill.
• If a purchase order number is submitted, an invoice will be sent to the email address of the registrant. This will serve as your confirmation.
• If you indicate payment by check or money order, please print a copy of your completed online registration form to mail as an attachment to your payment. You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days of receipt of your payment.
• All registrations are transferable. Cancellation requests received by email and confirmed on or before July 30, 2009 will be refunded after September 5, 2009 (less a $15 administrative fee). No other refund requests can be honored.
