All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email acceptable) to info@AfterSchoolConference.org. If the cancellation or reduction is received prior to 7/1/2008 a full refund, less a 25% administrative fee, will be made. Requests received in writing between 7/2/08 and 7/14/08 will be subject to a 50% administrative fee. Refunds will not be made under any circumstances for cancellations after 7/15/08.
