- All payments will be made by check and invoices may be requested.
- All registrations are transferable. The opportunity to cancel a registration has expired. To transfer a registration, the registered person should email registration@NH21CCLC.org and provide the name of the replacement attendee.
Special room rates are available to you as a conference attendee. These rates are valid only through July 9, 2010. You must make your own reservations to stay at the hotel by phone at 800-622-6455 or via their website (www.millfalls.com). All special requests must be made by phone.
The rates for a room (single or double) at Church Landing is $189, Bay Point-$169, and Mill Falls-$129. A charge of $20 is collected for each additional guest in the room. Taxes, housekeeping gratuity ($2.00) and a Meredith Village Conservation and Preservation Fund fee ($1.50) will be added to your final bill.
By phone: When making a reservation, you must identify yourself as being part of the 21stCCLC to ensure you receive the correct rate and group placement.
Online: You will need to enter your special GROUP CODE of 20H7G1. Please note, if you want to extend your stay, you need to book by phone.
